Use Noiva Connect with authority, review, and care.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms govern use of Noiva Connect, Noiva's remote MCP connection for supported assistants. They supplement the Noiva platform terms that apply to the salon account. By connecting or using Noiva Connect, you agree to these terms.
Who may connect
You must have an active Noiva account, use a supported provider account, and be authorized by the salon to access the selected salon, location, and data. Your Noiva role and live permissions continue to control every tool. Team or business provider workspaces may require their own administrator approval.
Separate provider accounts
ChatGPT and Codex, Claude, and Grok are separate services operated by their providers. Their plans, limits, availability, apps, terms, privacy practices, and directory decisions are outside Noiva's control. Noiva does not sell or manage those subscriptions and will never ask for a provider password or API key.
Your instructions and data
Use Noiva Connect only for salon data and actions you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you provide, including staff and customer contact details. Do not submit secrets, payment card data, government identifiers, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.
Preview and Owner approval
Noiva Connect may prepare a bounded setup proposal for salon details, hours, services, staff, customers, and upcoming appointments. A request creates a pending approval only. The complete proposal must be reviewed by the active salon Owner inside Noiva with MFA. Approval applies the proposal in one database transaction; if a safety check fails, the setup transaction is rolled back. Approval is not a substitute for checking the proposal's business accuracy.
Hard safety boundaries
The setup workflow does not send customer or staff invitations, email, SMS, or marketing; change consent; charge, refund, deposit, or move money; activate payment or messaging providers; or cross salon and location boundaries. Do not try to bypass Noiva authorization, MFA, approval, tenant isolation, rate limits, validation, or audit controls.
Connection security
Keep your Noiva and provider accounts secure. Review requested OAuth permissions before connecting and revoke connections you no longer use. Do not share tokens or place them in URLs, screenshots, email, or support tickets. Noiva may revoke or suspend a connection that appears compromised, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.
Availability and provider directories
Noiva may update tools, schemas, safety controls, and supported providers to protect customers or improve the service. Custom connections may be available before a provider directory approves or lists Noiva Connect. Submission, approval, publishing, ranking, and continued listing are controlled by each provider and are not guaranteed.
Service limits
Noiva Connect is provided as part of the Noiva service and depends on Noiva, network, and provider availability. To the extent permitted by law, Noiva is not responsible for provider outages, provider model answers, provider account restrictions, or a provider's handling of conversation content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and changes
Questions about Noiva Connect can be sent to [email protected]. Noiva may update these terms when the connection, law, or provider requirements change. The updated date will appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated when required.
